We are a community — above all us.

This is a place where friend helps friend, every hour, every day. We share our struggles, learn from one another, and even socialize and relax together through a variety of spaces, discussions, and live group sessions.

Our community is led by a team of lived-experience individuals who have been there, are still there for many of us, and who truly understand the struggles you face. We have the compassion, understanding, and experience to help you find a path forward and live a better life.

Our team includes medical professionals, researchers, counselors, podcasters, nutritionists, social workers, support group administrators, and much more. In fact, we are the only support site to include an active medical researcher in the field. who was an author on the paper that identified benzodiazepine-induced neurological dysfunction (BIND).

That's right, I just said it. We may not be the site for you. I say this here because it is an essential part of who we are. We believe there is not one path for everyone — one size does not fit all — and we realize our methods may not fit your needs. And that's okay.

We have one goal, and only one goal — to help you get the help you need. That's it. Nothing else. If you can't find it here in our community, we'll help you find it elsewhere.
